Purpose of the Role 🔍

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Estimator to join our team.
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and competitive cost estimations for our clients' Sheet Metal machining projects. Your expertise in sheet metal machining processes and cost estimation will help our customers in Nordics to get the best and fast quote for their orders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company leading the on-demand manufacturing revolution.

You will 💪

• Be an important and valued member of the sales team.
• Be comfortable operating across multiple platforms, and be at complete ease with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Work systematically through your workload each day.
• Clear your inbox each day to make sure no customers are left without communication about their order.
• Ensure no RFQs are left in the pipeline each day, ensuring all requests are responded to quickly. Speed is a critical Key Performance Indicator of this role
• Help improve and drive NPS scores by overachieving and over-delivering on communication and speed.
• You will default to ‘action’. This is a high-tempo role with the requirement for a high-volume quote output.
• Qualify and hand over key / Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts to senior members of the account management team.
• Work closely with the development and product team to help improve the quoting algorithms to ensure that our platform is automating the most it can.
• Input all of the information into Fractory’s CRM system - Salesforce.

We’d like you to have 🫵

• 2 - 5 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• An understanding of CAD/CAM programs.
• A strong understanding of sheet metal machining processes, including knowledge of different machining methods, tooling, materials, and associated costs is essential.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• An international mindset - a curiosity for the world.
• Forward-thinking, “let’s do it” attitude.
• Desire and/or experience to be in a fast pace, fast-growing company.
• The desire to be a visible part of the team. Leading the charge for Fractory.
• The desire to see opportunities in all the problems that exist in a fast-growing start-up.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian.
