• Joosep, our Nordic Sales Director, leverages his extensive experience in sales and supply chain to prioritize customer needs. His sales experience and industry knowledge have greatly benefited our sales teams.
• Rein, our Chief Operating Officer, began his career as a software engineer in several startups, focusing initially on building our product, but after many years in the company, he now oversees many departments. He has learned a lot about mechanical engineering as well.
• Martin, the Chief Executive Officer, started his journey as a mechanical engineer, which inspired the initial idea for Fractory. Martin plays a crucial role in steering our startup toward growth and success while balancing multiple responsibilities.
