Senior Product Analyst
We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital manufacturing platforms trusted by thousands of engineers to deliver parts faster, smarter, and with less hassle!
We’re Hiring: Senior Product Analyst
📍 Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia
Part analyst, part engineer, part data scientist — you'll shape how a manufacturing platform makes decisions.
Fractory is transforming how manufacturing works.
We've built an automated on-demand manufacturing platform that connects engineers and manufacturers across Europe. Customers upload drawings, receive instant quotes, and order parts online — in minutes, not days.
As we scale, data isn't a support function — it drives pricing, product, and growth.
We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to turn complex manufacturing data into insights that shape pricing, product, and growth decisions.
You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and executive leadership — the person teams come to when they need to understand why something is happening and what to do about it.
You won't just analyse — you'll build the data models, tooling, and automation that make better decisions possible.
🚀 What You'll Work On
Insights That Move the Business
This is the core of the role. You'll tackle complex business questions head-on:
Pricing & margin intelligence — Build models that optimise pricing for volume manufacturing and order aggregation. Understand the levers that drive margin across thousands of unique parts and manufacturing processes.
Customer behaviour analysis — Identify what drives conversion, retention, and expansion across different customer segments and regions.
Operational performance — Surface bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across connected manufacturing processes.
Product analytics — Partner with different departments to measure feature impact, define success metrics, and run experiments.
You won't just build dashboards — you'll frame the questions, dig into the data, and present recommendations that lead to action.
Data Modelling & Quality
Our analytics stack runs on BigQuery and dbt. You'll maintain and extend our data models to keep the foundation solid as the business evolves:
Evolve dbt models as new data sources and business logic emerge
Ensure data quality and consistency across BigQuery, Salesforce, and internal systems
Integrate and transform multi-source datasets
Apply engineering best practices — version control, testing, documentation
Automation & Self-Service
Replace manual, error-prone workflows with smarter alternatives:
Automated reporting, alerting, and pipelines
Self-service data tools that empower non-technical teams
AI-assisted analytics workflows (we're actively building these)
Introduce novel methods — including machine learning — to optimise workflows
🎯 You'll Thrive Here If You
Are curious about business problems, not just data problems — you naturally ask "why is this happening?" before jumping to "how do I query this?"
Like proposing analyses and solutions on your own, not waiting for someone to write you a brief
Communicate findings in a way that non-technical stakeholders actually act upon — not just understand
Are comfortable being the go-to data person for multiple teams at once
Want ownership and real impact over ticket-based execution
Don't mind getting your hands dirty with data modelling and infrastructure when needed — our team is small and everyone chips in
💼 What You Get
💸 Competitive salary
📈 Equity options
💆♂️ Stebby €100/quarter wellness benefit
🏥 Private health insurance via Confido (coverage up to €10,350/year)
🌍 International team with real product impact

1-hr deep dive video call with Tiit (Data Scientist & team lead) and Rein (CTO/CO-Founder)
