Senior BI Analyst - Tallinn or Tartu
We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital manufacturing platforms trusted by thousands of engineers to deliver parts faster, smarter, and with less hassle!
💼 We're hiring: Senior BI Analyst
Fractory is transforming how manufacturing works.
We've built an automated on-demand manufacturing platform that connects engineers and manufacturers across Europe. Customers upload drawings, receive instant quotes, and order parts online — in minutes, not days.
As we scale, data isn't a support function — it drives pricing, product, and growth.
We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst to own how Fractory measures performance. Starting from defining the metrics that matter to building the dashboards and data models that make them trustworthy.
You'll partner with leadership to turn ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytical projects. You just won't wait for a brief — you'll spot the opportunities others haven't asked about yet.
Beyond analysis, you'll set the standard: how KPIs are defined, how data quality is maintained, and how the rest of the organisation accesses reliable, self-service analytics.
🚀 What You'll Work On
Metrics & Insight
This is the core of the role. You own how the company understands its own performance:
Metric ownership: Define, document, and govern how core KPIs are calculated and reported. You're the person who settles "but which number is right?"
Analytical projects: Partner with executive, product, sales, and operations teams to frame ambiguous questions into actionable analysis — and proactively surface opportunities stakeholders haven't spotted.
Statistical rigour: Apply statistical methods to identify trends, test hypotheses, and quantify business impact.
Influence, not just information: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a way that shapes decisions, not just informs them.
BI Layer & Self-Service
Design and maintain the reporting infrastructure the business runs on:
Design and build dashboards and reports that scale beyond ad-hoc requests
Teach AI: Design self-service tooling that empowers non-technical teams to answer their own questions
Detect holes: Shape the semantic layer so metrics mean the same thing everywhere
Automate: Replace manual, error-prone reporting workflows with automated alternativesData Modelling & Quality
You'll keep the analytical foundation solid:
Build our data heart: Develop and maintain data models that power reliable, reusable analytics
Develop standards: Establish data quality checks and standards that others follow
Support Administer:CRM (Salesforce) data and support CRM reporting needs
🎯 You'll Thrive Here If You
Care more about whether the metric is right than whether the dashboard looks good
Naturally ask "what decision does this support?" before building anything
Like setting standards — you'd rather build something once that everyone can rely on than answer the same question ten times
Are comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders when the data says something they don't want to hear
Want ownership of the full analytics lifecycle — from framing the question to watching the recommendation land
💼 What You Get

📈 Equity options
🤸 Flexible hybrid working arrangements
💆 Stebby €100/quarter wellness benefit
🏥 Private health insurance via Confido (coverage up to €10,350/year)
